The PM2028S clamp meter measures AC/DC voltage, AC current, resistance and frequency.
It also has a non-contact voltage (NCV) detector for the presence of current in live wires and also has a circuit tester.
It has automatic determination of the measured quantity and range. This makes it very convenient since there's no risk to the damage to the appliance due to carelessness.
It has a function to hold the data to prevent the loss of data while in use. It memorizes the maximum peak value.
The display is two lines which shows 2 values at the same time with 6000 reading options.
It is powered by 3 1.5V AAA batteries and automatically shuts off if there is no activity for a period of time to conserve battery power. It also has a low battery indication to avoid inconvenience of depleted batteries.
It has an overload indication to avoid damage to the device.
The device has a flashlight to enable work even in dark areas.
