Reads temperatures within the range of -50 to 300 ° C. The timer is fully programmable, allowing the user to set the count up/down time to/from 99 hours, and 59 minutes. The device has a large, easy to read LCD display with backlight and a loud audible alarm with adjustable volume to 92dB - ideal for professional kitchens.
The ChefAlarm also includes a calibration function allowing the user to adjust the accuracy of the thermometer (±2.2 °C). The case is waterproof and the thermometer can either sit on a surface or be attached to an appliance via its magnetic backing.
The thermometer is offered in 3 different colour choices and is supplied with a penetration probe.
