The water resistant Gourmet thermometer with a folding probe is easy to use, ideal for monitoring cooking and cooling food temperatures. Measures temperatures within the range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C/°F resolution and incorporates two push button switches, on/off and hold.
The Gourmet thermometer incorporates a stainless steel, food penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 110mm) that conveniently folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use. It rotates through 180 degrees, allowing the user to transport the instrument safely.
The thermometer has an improved battery life of up to 5000 hours, powering off automatically after ten minutes of no use.
The CalCheck 0.0 °C function that allows the user to verify the accuracy of the thermometer at any time, giving confidence that measurements are accurate. This is activated by pressing both the 'on/off' and 'hold' buttons simultaneously at the time of switching it on.
Available in six colours, the Gourmet is ideal for different food types or preparation areas.
