This bird feeder features a mechanically pressurized opening system. When the hen is the right weight and gets on the step, the feeder is activated.
Thus, other unwanted species, rodents, or other bird species do not have access to the food. On the other hand, this ensures the necessary sanitary and hygienic norms for rearing in poultry farms.
Filling is done from above with an easy-to-open removable cover, and the foot is designed as a grid for better stability of the bird when it is in the feeder.
