It is made of galvanized sheet metal. This ensures that it does not rust and that it is corrosion resistant therefore offering longevity of use.
The edges are secured using reinforced plastic which ensures that it does not wear with time.
The feeder is secured to the cage using screws and can therefore not be knocked over by the rabbits. This minimizes food spillage and wastage and also eliminate and diseases which are attracted by spilled foods.
It can either be attached to the inside or the outside of the rabbit cage depending on the space available and the preference of the breeder.
