MS-300 is a professional incubator with an inverter on 5 levels (i.e. with 5 trays) and with a capacity for 300 chickens , 300 duck eggs, 160-210 geese or 800 quail eggs.
The heater has a power of 150W, and the motor that rotates the eggs is 4W.
The incubator’s body is made of stainless steel, which ensures optimal temperature and constant humidity, creating a favorable environment for the artificial hatching of eggs.
Easy and quick to cleans up.
The incubator has a controller located above the housing itself, with which all the necessary temperature and humidity settings are made.
There is a small window made of heat-resistant glass, which allows you to monitor the condition of the eggs without having to open the incubator door.
The five trays of the MS-300 model are connected to rotating motors that automatically rotate the eggs at a certain time period. The rotation helps to prevent the embryo from sticking to the inner wall of the eggshell and promotes proper development.
There is a sensor that controls the temperature and humidity and an alarm system that signals when the lower and upper limits of humidity are reached.
The incubator has a ventilation system which ensures a uniform temperature.
It comes with an inbuilt ovoscope to help check the fertility of the eggs.
As for the humidity in the MS-240 professional incubator, it is formed on a different principle than that of regular incubators. In the professional type of incubators, humidity is achieved using discs placed in the water tank and connected to a motor. The motor constantly rotates the discs, so the water evaporates from their movement and heats up, creating optimal conditions for hatching the eggs.
To begin operation, the incubator must first be placed in a room with a temperature between 18°C-20°C and left for several hours until it reaches a temperature close to that of the room. Then connect it to a normal 220V socket, make all the settings
