This automatic waterer is specially designed to provide fresh water to horses. It is however also suitable for sheep, goats, calves and cows.
It is made of aluminum which makes it very durable and it does not wear with constant use.
It has a float that ensures the water level remains constant. This float is protected by a stainless steel cover to ensure it is not damaged by the animal while drinking.
The B-1 horse drinker is extremely convenient since it can work while connected to two different water sources. It can be connected to a tank or to the general water network in which case the recommended maximum pressure should not exceed 1.5 to 2 bar.
Another significant advantage of this horse drinker is its ability to mount both on a wall or on a pipe.
The plug at the bottom of the drinker further supports the cleaning process ensuring that the drinker remains clean and sanitized throughout to ensure your animals do not suffer from diseases and illnesses that are brought by contaminated water.
It is recommended to place the drinker in a place protected from the sun to ensure that the water remains cool and to avoid damaging the floating mechanism of the drinker.
The optimal height of the drinker is below the animals neck to ensure that it has constant access to the water.
