This reinforced for the crib has many advantages and features, the most obvious of which is its length of 2 meters which is ideal for feeding large number of goats, sheep etc.
It can be used to feed both granulated, ground fodder and also for vegetative mass like hay, straw and dry alfalfa.
It is made of galvanized sheet metal which ensures that it will last long without wear due to rust and corrosion.
It's construction is very stable thanks to the strong assembly of the components using rivets.
It also has long extended legs which give it stability. This also help in keeping it up from the ground away from pests which can easily destroy the feed.
It is specially designed to withstand impacts from large animals, especially males.
The feed is stored between sticks which keeps the animals from climbing up and soiling it and throwing the food down which leads to wastage.
Animals can also access the feeds from both sides which makes it very efficient. It also has a collection tray at the bottom to minimize wastage of feed and fodder.
