The feather plucking machine is easy to use.
After slaughtering, you scald the hens for 15-20 seconds in hot water (60–65°C) and pluck them for 30 seconds... and that's it! It not only plucks the feathers very, very well - over 98% of the time, but you also save yourself the process of nicking leftover feathers, which, unlike in manual plucking, is no longer a necessary operation!
The machine operates using a rotating drum equipped with flexible rubber fingers. As the drum rotates, the rubber fingers gently but effectively remove feathers without damaging the skin or meat of the bird. Water is usually needed during operation to help wash away feathers and improve cleaning efficiency.
This machine significantly reduces the time required for feather removal. The waterproof switch enhances safety.
