The thermometer wireless thermometer includes pre-set temperatures for 9 types of meat (Ground Beef/ Ground Poultry/ Beef/ Veal/ Chicken/ Pork/Lamb/ Fish) and their readiness levels recommended by USDA. It features two probes that can simultaneously indicate the temperatures of 2 different kinds of meat. These temperatures can also be adjusted manually.
The stainless-steel STEP-DOWN probe tip is designed to read the temperature faster and more accurately that the traditional probes. The LCD backlit screen allows for readings even in dark conditions.
It features an alarm that will alert you when a pre-set temperature has been reached. The timer and temperature settings are saved when the device is turned off.
