For efficient operation of the machine, it is recommended to pre-scald the poultry in hot water at 70° for 30 seconds.
The plucking process takes about 30 seconds, with a guarantee of 98% feather removal, eliminating the need for a additional fluffing. However, it is recommended to pre-scald the birds in hot water at 70°C for a minimum of 30 seconds before placing them in the machine.
To ensure optimal performance, it is necessary to conduct a routine check before and after each use. This includes checking if the unit is working normally, cleaning the tank of feathers and debris after each use and replacing rubber fingers in case of wear.
