This is a handheld refractometer that is specially designed for testing at analyzing the concentration of glycol in engine coolant or other antifreeze solutions.
It measures in the range of 0% - 20% Brix.
It is easy to use and work with by first cleaning the prism using a soft, damp cloth, placing 2-3 drops of the sample on the prism.
You then need to point the refractometer in the direction of the light source and perform focus correction using the mini screwdriver provided.
