Delivery and payment

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we call you on the phone number you gave us. We confirm the item, the price and the delivery details. Nothing is sent before this call.

Delivery options

• Collection from our shop. Free. Collect your order from Aghro House, 4th Floor, Right Wing, Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD, Kenya. We call you when it is ready.
• Courier to your town. We send your order by courier to your town or city. The fee is KSh 500. Delivery is free on orders over KSh 20,000. Bulky items such as incubators and coops may need a separate delivery quote, which we give you on the confirmation call.

Delivery time depends on your location and on stock. We tell you the expected date when we confirm your order.

Payment

• M-Pesa Paybill. We give you the Paybill and account details when we confirm your order.
• Cash on delivery or on collection. Pay when you receive your order or when you collect it from the shop.

Prices on this website are in Kenyan shillings (KSh).

Please check your order when you receive it, before the courier leaves.
