Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Agroline Equipment & Tools Limited ("we", "us") through this website or by phone.

1. Products and prices

Product descriptions and photos are based on information from the manufacturer. Some products are available in several sizes or models. The price shown for the item you select is the price you pay for that item. Delivery is charged separately as described on the Delivery and payment page. Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KSh). We call you before the order is processed to confirm the item, the price and the delivery.

2. Orders

An order placed on the website is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order with you by phone. We may decline an order, for example if an item is not in stock. In that case we tell you and you pay nothing.

3. Payment

You pay by M-Pesa Paybill, or in cash on delivery or on collection. We give you the M-Pesa details on the confirmation call. Ownership of the goods passes to you when payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

You can collect your order from our shop in Nairobi CBD or receive it by courier. Delivery fees and times are described on the Delivery and payment page and confirmed when we confirm your order. Bulky items may need a separate delivery quote.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns and claims for faulty items are handled as described on the Returns and warranty page.

6. Safe use

Read the product manual before use. Use each tool only for the purpose it is made for and within its rated limits. Power tools and electrical equipment should be connected and used by someone who knows how to do so safely. Feed and supplements should be used according to the label and, where needed, on the advice of a qualified animal health professional.

7. Personal data

We use your personal data only to process your order, as described in our Privacy policy.
