Check your order on delivery

Please open and check your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell the courier and contact us the same day.

Returns

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us first by phone or email with your order number. We will tell you how to send it back or where to bring it.

When we receive the product and confirm it is unused and complete, we refund the price of the product. The cost of returning an unused product is paid by the customer, unless the product was faulty or was not what you ordered.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem. We will check it and repair, replace or refund the item.

Any manufacturer warranty on a product is confirmed when we confirm your order. A warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, falls, wrong wiring, or use outside the rated limits of the product.
