Overview
A light cordless blower for everyday clearing: dust and leaves off a veranda, grass cuttings off a path, sawdust off a workshop floor, water off a car after washing. It weighs 1.3kg, which is why it gets used rather than left in the store.
Two hundred kilometres an hour is a real air speed for a machine this size, enough to lift dry leaves and cuttings and to push them where you want them. The soft grip handle makes a difference when you are working along a long driveway, and the tube pulls off in a second so the machine fits into a cupboard instead of taking up a corner. It runs on the 18V packs you already have, so there is nothing else to buy if you are on the platform.

Questions and answers
Which batteries fit?
The 18V XB-1500, XB-2000 and larger packs from the Ryobi Universal Power Platform.
Will it clear wet leaves?
It moves dry leaves, cuttings and dust well. Wet leaves stuck to paving need a machine with more air volume.
