Overview

A battery caulking gun for anyone who runs sealant all day: glazing, sanitary work in bathrooms and kitchens, sealing roof sheets and flashings, bedding window frames, or filling movement joints in blockwork. The motor pushes the plunger, so your hand only steers the nozzle.

The difference shows in the bead. A hand gun delivers sealant in pulses as you squeeze, so the bead grows and thins and needs tooling to hide it. With a variable feed speed of 0.5 to 6.0mm per second you set the rate once and simply move the nozzle at a matching pace, which gives a bead of even thickness first time. Up to 2000Nm of push force handles the stiff, cold or high viscosity materials that make a hand gun hard work. The auto reverse backs the plunger off when you release the trigger, so the cartridge stops dripping onto the tiles you just finished, and an LED lights the joint in a dark corner.
