Overview

This Chaff Cutter is a mechanical fodder cutting machine available in manual, also in 7.5 horsepower petrol, or 3 horsepower electric configurations, designed for processing crop residues and forage into uniform feed sizes.

The machine uses a rotating cutting mechanism housed inside a steel enclosure, with a guarded blade and output that allows controlled manual feeding of fodder and safety for the operator.

Power options an be manual operation or motor-driven setups depending on workload and site conditions: The petrol engine option is chosen when electrical supply is unstable or unavailable, while the electric motor configuration suits fixed farm installations. The manual version covers low-volume needs with zero fuel or power dependency.

The chaff cutters are easy to adjust and sharpen, allowing you to mix the chopped product with other forage for enhanced nutritional value. The output is ideally soft, and we offer different capacity models, including the 3×3 Chaff Cutter (3 blades, 3 rollers), 3×2 Chaff Cutter (3 blades, 2 rollers), and 2×2 Chaff Cutter (2 blades, 2 rollers).
