Overview
Stainless steel balling gun to resist corrosion and animals by animals that may bite the applicator.
To aid in the medical application of a single bolus via an oral route of administration.
1. Pull the plunger back by grasping the thumb ring and insert the bolus into the head. The bolus should fit snugly. Do not force the bolus into the head or when the plunger is released it could cause damage to the bolus.
2. Insert the gun head into the animals mouth at the side, align it to the front of the throat, push on the plunger and release the bolus.
NB: Be cautious and do not force the balling gun too far down the throat or damage to the pharynx may occur.
3. After the bolus is released, wait to make sure it is swallowed. Slowly pull straight back and remove from the mouth.
4. Clean with soap and water.
