Overview

This handheld digital refractometer is used for measuring the sugar content and the density of beer wort. The sugar content is measured in the range of 0% to 50% Brix while the density of beer is measured from 1,000 to 1,130. This measurement is performed with automatic temperature compensation (ATC) in the range from 10°C to 40°C.
