Overview

The digital thermometer EcoTemp features a large, easy-to-read LCD screen with display-hold buttons and max/min memory functions. The thermometer measures temperature within the range of -49.9 to 199.9°C with a 0.1°C/°F resolution. Ideal for monitoring cooking and food holding temperatures as part of HACCP and safety procedures.

The thermometer has been specially designed for use in the food industry, conforming to HACCP (food safety system) standards, and the occupational health and safety procedures. Each EcoTemp thermometer is supplied with a detachable, stainless steel food penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 125mm) with a 700mm silicone connecting lead.
