The thermometer probe is pre-calibrated individually in the factory by high-precision temperature standards. However, if you feel unconfident about the accuracy, you can check it or calibrate the temperature yourself with a cup of ice water

How to use: Unfold the probe, extend it from the handle insert the probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bones. The digital display will show the temperature within seconds. Once the desired temperature is reached, remove the probe from the food. Clean the probe with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
