Overview
The Elitech Food Log 2 is a single-use temperature data logger designed for monitoring temperature conditions during food storage and transportation. It is commonly used in the cold chain logistics industry to ensure that perishable products such as meat, dairy products, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and frozen foods remain within safe temperature ranges throughout the supply chain.
The Food Log 2 data logger is designed to be simple to activate and highly reliable in cold-chain environments. After removing the battery insulation strip or activating the device, it begins recording temperature readings automatically.
The logger collects data throughout the transportation or storage process and uploads the information to a cloud system where users can view temperature records, shipment location, and alarm notifications.
This device is especially useful for long-distance food transportation, refrigerated warehouses, supermarkets, and food processing facilities where accurate temperature tracking is essential to prevent spoilage and ensure product quality.
