Overview
This thermometer is ideal for baristas since it indicates the optimum milk/coffee temperature and is quick and easy-to-use. It measures temperature in the range of -10 to 110 °C. The dial is colour-coded which facilitates the reading. The probe length is 130mm and the dial size is 25 mm. The device is supplied with a stainless-steel mounting probe clip, a calibration spanner and a protective probe cover.
