Router Table, 610 x 360mm Cast Aluminium Top, 310mm High

Mounting a router upside down under a table changes how you work. Instead of balancing a heavy machine on a narrow edge, you move the timber over a fixed cutter with both hands on the work. For a joinery shop that is cutting the same moulding on forty lengths, or grooving the same rail on a run of doors and windows, it is faster, safer and far more consistent than freehand routing.

The top is cast aluminium, which stays flat and does not swell or wear like a board top, and it measures 610 by 360 by 32mm at a working height of 310mm. The rear fence is fully adjustable, so you set how much of the cutter is exposed and use the fence itself as the bearing surface, and it has built in dust extraction, which matters because a router under a table fills a workshop with chips faster than anything else. The mitre gauge adjusts to 60 degrees in both directions for angled ends and cross grain cuts. A large clear guard lets you watch the cut, and an emergency stop switch is there because both your hands are on the timber and not near the router switch.
