Overview
Royal 703 F1 is an early hybrid semi-determinate tomato variety maturing 75 days after transplanting. It produces uniform, large, firm fruits weighing 130-150 g. With a yield potential of 25-30 tonnes per acre, this variety is highly adaptable to hot climates and offers extended harvesting for 3-4 months under proper management.
Royal 703 F1 provides high field performance due to its resistance to Tomato Fusarium Wilt, Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV), Spotted Wilt Virus, Verticillium Wilt, Bacterial Speck, and Nematodes. The semi-determinate growth ensures steady fruiting, with 5-6 large, oval-shaped fruits per cluster. It thrives in hot weather, maintaining firm, bright red fruits that resist cracking. Ideal for both fresh market and processing, its extended harvest window allows continuous supply over several months. Proper spacing and fertiliser application further optimise yield potential.
