Overview

This meat thermometer features a large Ø60mm dial with a Ø5 x 102mm stainless steel pointed probe.

The thermometer indicates temperature within the range of 20 to 100°C in 2°C divisions. It is an economical and reliable means to ensure that meat and roasts are properly cooked.

For an accurate temperature measurement insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat.

For for a quick and easy reading, the dial is divided into colour-coded sectors for beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
