Overview
TP-15H kitchen thermometer quickly reads food and meat temperatures within the range of -50 ̊to 300 ̊̊ C. It has an accuracy of ±0.9°F and a temperature reading speed of 3-4 seconds, so you’d never want to cook without it again! The device is waterproof and features a 10 cm foldaway probe.

The temp lock reading function keeps the data on the display even after the probe has been removed from the food. This eliminates the need of peering inside the hot oven to read the temperature!
Easily stored; it can either be attached to any metal surface via the built-in magnet, or hung on a kitchen hook.
The calibration function adjusts it back to the correct accuracy.
