Thermapen 4 is one of the most commonly used thermometers in kitchen worldwide. Measures temperature within the range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C and is fast, accurate, and functional.

Thermapen 4 is fully configurable using buttons in the battery compartment. Here you can lock the display position, disable auto-sleep mode, switch between °C and °F readings, or choose between a 1° and 0.1° resolution.
Patented 360° rotational display can be monitored in any position, suitable for both left and right-handed users. Features an intelligent backlit display that detects light levels, automatically turning the lights on and off in different lighting conditions. The case is waterproof to IP67 which enables it to be rinsed under running water for thorough cleaning. It includes Biomaster Antimicrobial protection to reduce bacterial growth, and an ergonomic rubber seal protects it from dust, water or food.
One of fastest instant-read thermometer on the market, reading temperatures in just 3 seconds. It features a reduced tip, stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3,3 x 110 mm) that rotates 180° and folds back into the side of the instrument for a safe storage when not in use.
