Overview
This stainless steel thermometer features a Ø55mm dial with colour-coded zones. The green colour indicates the minimal temperature that commercial hot food units should be kept at. The oven thermometer indicates temperature within the range of 0 to 300°C in 10°C divisions. The device can be free-standing or hung from a shelf but it has to be placed in middle of the oven for the most accurate reading.
