Overview

The Smoke BBQ Thermometer has been for professional chefs. Features a robust case with moulded-in seals for splashproof protection. It uses two probes which can be monitored independently with settable high and low alarms. This model uses probes that are interchangeable with probes fitting the other models too. The thermometer has a wireless range of 300 feet and the display's large digits are visible from a distance. There is a built-in  backlight for low light conditions.
