Overview

This handheld refractometer is used to measure sugar concentration in aqueous solutions in the range of 0-90% Brix. It is used in the production of sugar, juices, jam, honey, ketchup, purees, and others. It uses natural ambient light and has automatic temperature compensation in the range of 0°C - 40°C to correct temperature deviations during use. It consists of an optical glass prism and a durable aluminum body with a rubber handle for a comfortable grip.
