Overview

This is a general purpose handheld refractometer that is used for measuring liquid with a sugar content of 0% to 50% Brix. It is used in the production of sugar, juices, jam, honey and others. Refractometer consists of an optical glass prism and a durable aluminum body which has a rubber handle for a comfortable grip.
