Overview

This is a handheld waterproof refractometer that is used for measuring liquids with a sugar content of 28% to 68% Brix. It is used in the production of sugar, food, beverages, ketchup, jam, honey and others. The refractometer consists of an optical glass prism and a durable aluminum body with a rubber handle for comfortable grip.
