Overview
This is a manual refractometer which has three skills that is used for measuring the sugar content and concentration in degrees Oechsle (Oe) 0~150°, °KMW (Babo) 0~30° and Brix 0~35%. It has automatic temperature compensation function (ATC) in the range of 10°C to 30°C. Calibrating this refractometer is quick and easy and is done by placing 2-3 drops of distilled water on top of the prism block. You then point the refractometer in the direction of natural ambient light and look into the eyepiece. You will see a circular box with divisions through the center. If necessary, adjust with a mini screwdriver to the zero line of the scale.
