Overview
The same brushless 115mm grinder, sold complete with a battery and a charger so it works the day you buy it. For anyone starting on the Ryobi 18V platform, this is the cheaper way in than buying the bare tool and a pack separately.
Six speed steps from 3 000 to 8 500min-1 mean you can set the machine to the job: slow for a wire cup or polishing, fast for cutting steel. The guard moves without a spanner, which people actually use, unlike a guard that needs a tool and therefore never gets adjusted. A dust-proof mesh over the heat outlet keeps grinding dust out of the motor, which is the usual way a grinder dies on a site.
