Overview
A cordless grinder for jobs away from a socket: cutting mesh in a shamba, trimming a bolt on a machine in the field, cleaning a weld on a gate that is already hung. No lead to run out, no generator to start for one small cut.
It runs at 7 000min-1 on a 115mm disc, which handles cutting bar and tube, grinding and wire brushing. The guard adjusts quickly without tools so you can keep the sparks away from your face as the work angle changes. The slide switch has to be pushed deliberately, which stops the tool starting if it is knocked in a bag, and the spindle lock makes a disc change a one hand job. The tool is sold bare, so it drops straight into a battery platform you already own.
