Overview
An axial flow jet fan blower, which is the design that moves a large volume of air rather than just a fast thin jet. Volume is what actually rolls a bank of leaves along a driveway. A narrow fast jet scatters them.
The variable speed switch runs from 36 to 108km/h, so you can work gently around beds and gravel and open it up on open paving. When something will not move, the turbo boost takes it to 151km/h and 468 cubic metres an hour for as long as you hold it. The extension nozzle adjusts to your height, which sounds like a small thing until you have spent an hour bent over a machine that is too short for you. The tube ends up at the right angle to the ground and your back stays out of it.
