Overview
A compact driver for the fixings that come up in any building or household. Screwing down a loose hinge, fitting a shelf bracket, assembling a bed or a wardrobe from a flat pack, changing a light switch plate, opening an appliance casing. Work like that is slow and hard on the wrist with a hand screwdriver, and pulling out a full sized drill for it is more machine than the job needs.
The 3.6 volt lithium-ion cell is charged over USB, so the lead you already use for a phone does the job and there is no bulky charger to find space for. Lithium-ion holds its charge while the tool sits unused, which is the usual state of a screwdriver like this, and it takes partial charges without harm, so a ten minute top up before a job is fine. The whole tool is light enough to hold out at arm's length while you steady the work with the other hand, and small enough to get into the back of a cupboard or under a desk where a drill body will not fit.
