Overview
This is the small cordless screwdriver for the jobs that do not justify getting a drill out. Putting up a curtain rail, assembling flat pack furniture, changing a socket cover, tightening the hinges on a kitchen cupboard, fitting a door handle, or opening and closing the casings on appliances. It lives in a drawer and comes out for five minutes at a time.
The battery is a 3.6 volt lithium cell built into the handle, and it charges through a USB Type-C lead, the same kind of lead that charges most phones. That matters more than it first sounds. There is no separate charger to lose, no battery pack to buy later, and the tool can be topped up from a power bank, a laptop or a car charger when there is no working socket in the room. Lithium cells also hold their charge on the shelf, so a screwdriver that has sat in a drawer for two months still turns when you pick it up. For anyone who is tired of stripping screw heads with a hand driver, this is the cheapest way into a powered one.

How is it charged?
Through a USB Type-C lead, the same type used by most phones. You can charge it from a socket adaptor, a laptop or a power bank.
Can it drill into a wall?
No. It is a screwdriver for driving and removing screws in wood, board and fittings. For masonry you need a hammer drill.
