Overview

This handheld refractometer is equipped with a triple scale for simultaneous display of Baume concentration, Brix and volume percentages of alcohol in wine made from grapes. It measures the density of different liquids on the Baume scale in the range of 0-25°. Sugar content is measured in the range of 0-40% Brix and alcohol is measured in the interval of 0-25%. This refractometer also has automatic temperature compensation in the range of 10° c to 30° c. The refractometer measures the index of refraction and therefore determines the concentration of alcohol percentages by volume.
