Overview
This is a manual refractometer with a dual scale for simultaneous measurement of wort density and sugar content. It can also be used to determine the density of sugar-related liquids such as fruit juice, beverages, wine etc. The device measures the Brix concentration of sugars in the range of 0.0 - 32.0% and the density of 1.000 - 1.120. It also has an automatic temperature compensation function in the range of 0°C to 30°C.
