Overview
Digital Brix Refractometer is a compact handheld instrument designed to measure the sugar concentration (Brix value) and refractive index of liquids quickly and accurately. It is widely used in agriculture, food processing, beverage production, laboratories, breweries, and quality control applications. The device uses advanced optical sensing technology to provide reliable digital readings within seconds, making it ideal for testing fruit juice, honey, soft drinks, syrups, wine, coffee, and other liquid.
This digital refractometer measures the refractive index of liquids and converts the reading into a Brix percentage, indicating the concentration of dissolved sugars and solids in the sample. With automatic temperature compensation (ATC), the instrument maintains reliable accuracy even when testing samples under varying environmental temperatures.
The device requires only a few drops of liquid for analysis, making testing simple, economical, and efficient. Users simply place the sample on the prism surface, close the cover, and press the measurement button to receive rapid results in approximately 1–2 seconds.
