Overview
MS-50 is a feather plucking machine that is characterized by a power of 1500W, a tank diameter of 40cm and 157 thumbs for plucking. The model is intended for poultry use, being easy and efficient to operate.
It is made of high-quality, stainless steel, which guarantees a long service life of the machine.
For efficient operation of the machine, it is recommended to pre-scald the birds in hot water at 70° for a minimum of 30 seconds. Then they are placed in the squeegee for 20-30 seconds and taken out.
The machine guarantees 98% feather removal and also saves the fluffing process.
