Overview
Rubber fingers are an essential accessory for feather plucking machines which are used for quick, easy and effective removal of feathers of small and medium-sized birds. They are designed to rotate rapidly in order to remove feathers from the bird's skin.
They are made of quality yellow rubber, which guarantees durability of the tampons during wear.
Their size and flexibility protect the skin from tearing, while their higher rubber density protects the plucked birds from bruising, just as if they were hand plucked.
This thumb model is able to remove even the finest and thinnest bird feathers without damaging their skin, saving the need for preening/tidying.
They can be used on plucking machines of different capacities and types, as well as for ordinary rotating cylinders and self-tapping machines.
To be effective, regularly inspect and replace rubber fingers to ensure that they are in good working condition.
