Overview
The MS-60 has a powerful motor of 22000W, a tank diameter 60cm and maximum capacity 10kg.
The machine has 119 rubber thumbs for uniform plucking with an efficiency of 95%.
A drainage trough is available to collect feather waste and excess water. It is made of stainless steel, which guarantees a long service life of the machine.
For efficient operation of the machine, it is recommended to pre-scald the poultry in hot water at 70° for 30 seconds.
The plucking process takes about 30 seconds, with a guarantee of 98% feather removal, eliminating the need for a additional fluffing. However, it is recommended to pre-scald the birds in hot water at 70°C for a minimum of 30 seconds before placing them in the machine.
To ensure optimal performance, it is necessary to conduct a routine check before and after each use. This includes checking if the unit is working normally, cleaning the tank of feathers and debris after each use and replacing rubber fingers in case of wear.
It is normal for the drive belt to loosen after long time use, making the moving disc slower. To fix this, you need to adjust the nut on the base of the machine. This will tighten the belt and the optimal operation will be restored.
