Overview
Application of the pig pregnancy rapid test kit:
This kit shall be used to test pig urine, which shall be collected after 22 to 32 days following breeding or insemination.
Due to the limitation of the hormone tested, this kit cannot detect pig pregnancy during 48-62 days.
This kit is also not applicable for boar urine sample testing.
Caution on sampling: freshly collected urine shall be kept still to let the impurities settle. Then take 5-6 drops of urine with the dropper provided in the kit for assay. The whole testing time is 15min.
This pregnancy test paper for pigs delivers quick and reliable results for pregnancies in 19-22 days. Two red bands in zones C and T indicate pregnancy, while one red band in zone C signifies non-pregnancy. A test with no red bands is considered invalid.
The testing method does not cause any discomfort, ensuring a stress-free experience for both you and your pigs.
Early diagnosis of pregnancy is of importance in modern animal industry due to the high cost of feed and labor. The earlier the pregnancy is determined, the earlier feeding plans will be performed.
