Overview
EKO is a bird steamer with a water tank capacity of 80 liters and a power of 4kW.
The purpose of scalding/steaming is to heat the skin of the birds so that the feathers can be quickly and easily removed using an automatic plucking machine.
It is made of stainless steel, which guarantees a long service life of the device.
The machine has a control panel from which the temperature can be adjusted and a drain tap for the quick removal of water from the tank.
