This optical refractometer is ideal for measuring sugar content in solutions and gives an instant result. It is equipped to you the one measuring scale to measure sugar bricks in the range of 0% - 32% and automatic temperature compensation ATC from 10° C to 30° C. It is not necessary to recalibrate the unit after changes in the operating ambient temperature.
