Overview
This is a manual refractometer that is used for measuring the sugar content in the range of 45% to 82% Brix. It is used in the production of sugar, juices, jam, honey and others. It uses natural ambient light and has automatic temperature compensation in the range of 10°C to 30°C to correct temperature deviations during use. The refractometer consists of an optical glass prism and a durable aluminum body with a rubber grip for comfort of the user.
